Us option), you are sending us personal information (i.e., your
name, address, e-mail address or other information). We store this information
in order to respond to your request or otherwise address the subject matter
of your e-mail. If you choose to place an order via e-mail, instead of placing
your order via secure transmission, you should know that e-mail is generally
not secure and may be subject to the disclosure requirements of the Public Records

Personally Identifying Information Collected from Product Orders
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide
contact information, such as their name, e-mail and shipping address, and financial
information, such as a credit/debit card number and the expiration date. Contact information
is used to fill orders and advise the user about the processing of an order.
Financial information is used for billing purposes only.
We use a credit card processing company to process the users’ credit card charges
for products, retrieval requests and chargebacks. We
do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for
any secondary purposes and will exercise reasonable care to prevent disclosure

from us online. All the information you provide to us in this manner is stored

that we will provide the necessary personally identifying information, including
credit/debit card numbers, to the companies assisting us with processing credit/debit card
transactions and shipping orders placed from the Skeletons website, including
